Ok. This design would have made so much more sense.

I do like the other ship designs though, but the Enterprise should have had the same look as in TOS.

Strange - the design never gets old...why she is a classic - and a better scene done by a better artist!

Just saw Star Trek Into Darkness. This scene is nicely done.

Thank you very much!

Although I didn't like the movie, the visuals were impressive and I intend to recreate some scenes with classic Trek models.

i don't suppose u have a classic uss vengence

If you mean a TOS version, I would say in the classic Trekverse, the Vengeance would be represented by a three-nacelled Dreadnought, which I do indeed have.

I Really hope it's not gonna be Star Trek Generations All over again, Meaning: the Enterprise Being unsalvagable after her crash.

i hear from steve neil, a modeler from all series of trek that the big E does NOT have any grooves in the primary hull. matt jeffries insisted that was the case. no panel lines, no extraeous details, nothing. the ship was to look as clean as possible. that way it was as modern looking as they could get back then. don't know if there were any grooves on the bottom in the original, but just thought i'd let you know what i understand. thanks for sharing, though great model.

I added some very smooth deflector grid lines, nothing much.

After almost fifty years, the original Enterprise is still a very graceful lady. She's not old. She's a swift bird on the wind and she'll always bring you home.

So who is this Enterprise hunting down? I'm not Galaxy's Most Wanted again?

The original can never be replaced!

Well, codename's John Harrison, probably Khan or Robert April.

I think Peter Weller might be Robert April. Or Commodore Decker.

I'v heard Peter Weller will play Carol Marcus's father. How about the villain being a rejuvenated Capt. April gone evil?

I agree. The original is still cooler than that... that... thing...

Robert April? Why would they be after him?

I think it'd be cooler if you used your Phase II Enterprise for this since you showed some reimagined shots with that instead of the Audiprise.
