Plasma torpedo

I think it was about time to build a new Romulan Bird of Prey. Along with the Klingon D7, the original was the result of a hasty fleet building effort when I went (had to go) self-reliant. I got some pretty useful reference material and I think this new Bird is much better than my old one...
