The McKinley Station model... it was one of those models I started ages ago but was too lazy to finish it. Now, I had a feeling and finished it in two days.
I imagine that McKinley Station is, like Utopia Planitia, actually a whole series of stations and orbital facilities rather than one specific construction... certainly it seems odd for such a well-known facility to be a) so much smaller in overall volume than the Galaxy class, or even Ambassador class, and b) not really suited for anything but the largest and most conventional ship designs (have fun fitting a Cheyenne, Intrepid or Prometheus-class ship in the station depicted above). I suppose McKinley is a dedicated resupply point, freeing up the San Francisco and Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards for construction - McKinley works on ships after they are built, not before or during.
Suddenly I wonder if the drydock facility in which the 1701 was refit and Kirk's associated orbital office complex may well have been a 23rd century precursor to the above facility...
Well, same difference. As McKinley Station was never mentioned in the original series to the best of my knowledge maybe it was created during the early 24th century originally as an overflow for San Francisco Naval Yards...

Looking forward to the next batch of brilliance mate and belated Happy Birthday
